Three days of exploration among the Parco delle Madonie and the Parco dei Monti Sicani. In this area we find Tenuta Regaleali, an integrated ecosystem where the Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school is located. A little further on, the Guccione family farmhouse: an oasis and working farm surrounded by beautiful olive groves that produce quality oil. An unforgettable experience at some of the most well-known places for Sicilian agriculture and gastronomy.

Fabrizia
Fabrizia Lanza, daughter of the founder Anna, runs the center ANNA TASCA LANZA. Her love for traditional culinary heritage, biodiversity, and rural know-how has led her to expand from cooking school to field-to-fork research center on food systems. Fabrizia, like her mother, feels called to harness the power of food culture in the rural heart of Sicily.
