During this itinerary we will explore the village of Caltavuturo, its historical and archaeological heritage, and we will discover the enormous variety of wild plant life present in the surrounding countryside. Thanks to local traditions that study, care for, and transform this abundant wild biodiversity, a rich tradition of extraordinary local cuisine has developed in this area.
Four days to spend in the countryside enjoying good food and learning about history, while exploring the pristine nature that characterizes the Madonie area. You will cook typical dishes of the peasant tradition and rediscover the binding relationship between man and his landscape.
