The Dara Guccione Biofarm, an oasis and working farm surrounded by beautiful olive groves counting 3500 olive trees and with their own olive-press, is the perfect place to learn about the vast world of olive oil, from production to tasting. With a centuries-old experience in olive growing, the Guccione family will accompany you on this journey and walk you through the history of Sicilian extra virgin olive oil from tree to bottle. You will learn about olive growing with a focus on local varieties and their organoleptic qualities by tasting some of the high quality extra virgin olive oils produced at the farm. The tasting will be followed by a lunch with seasonal produce from our vegetable garden and locally made cheese.
