In this area we find Tenuta Regaleali, an integrated ecosystem where the Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school is located. A little further on, the Guccione family farmhouse: an oasis and working farm surrounded by beautiful olive groves that produce quality oil. An unforgettable experience at some of the most well-known places for Sicilian agriculture and gastronomy.

Fabrizia Lanza, daughter of the founder Anna, runs the center ANNA TASCA LANZA. Her love for traditional culinary heritage, biodiversity, and rural know-how has led her to expand from cooking school to field-to-fork research center on food systems. Fabrizia, like her mother, feels called to harness the power of food culture in the rural heart of Sicily.
