Giovanna, a few years ago she decided to establish roots in the beautiful village of Petralia Soprana, the gateway to the upper Madonie.
The spark with Petralia started in 2016 when Giovanna, after years of working in the fashion sector, decided to renovate a house in the town. Her first challenge was to convince the local inhabitants themselves of the untapped potential of Petralia Soprana. Wheat, legume, and cheese producers, as well as artisans and intellectuals of the town have gradually become part of an informal network to which guests are introduced.
In her bed and breakfast, hospitality is intimate and informal. The guest rooms are adjacent to her own home on the upper floors.
The rooms are full of personality, furnished with family objects collected over time. Hand-embroidered linen inherited from the women of the family adorn the beds. All signs reflecting the spirit of the place and the generosity that Giovanna loves to convey to her guests.
